Are you ready?

I just wanted to remind you that this Sunday, March 26th, is the annual Greek Independence Day parade on 5th Avenue! I just got my foustanella from the dry cleaner so join me on the bus which will leave after Church this Sunday. Our Community is in the first battalion, (#37) so we will leave by 12:15. The bus is "first come, first serve."

Sunday Highlights: Confirmation of Hans Vomend

The servant of God, Hans Vomend, was confirmed into the Orthodox faith this morning during the Divine Liturgy, by Fr. Nick and Fr. Patrick. His sponsor was Cornelius Schuster. Hans, who was confirmed into the Faith as Ioannis, plans to continue his studies at Holy Cross School of Theology in Brookline, MA.

GOYA visits NYC

Our Goyans enjoyed a day of fun and fellowship with a district wide Scavenger Hunt at Madam Tussauds Museum in NYC, followed by lunch at Toni's Di Napoli.
