Holy Trinity welcomed the Hellenic Society of IONA College for their annual Social event on Saturday evening, February 23rd. Thank you Eleni Mariola, the group’s advisor and a parishioner of our Holy Trinity Church and to George Kourakos, VP of our Parish Council for their help. Thank you also to Manny and Zachary for cooking!

Thank you to Deacon Simon Menya!

An evening dinner with Deacon Simon Menya before he returns to Uganda on Wednesday. We thank him for his dedication and service to Holy Trinity for the last two years. May God grant him many years and great strength in his ministry in his homeland. We will miss him very much!

Service Highlight: Merry Christmas!

At the conclusion of the Christmas Liturgy a symbolic “Mortgage Burning” was held honoring Mr. John Rapp and Dr. George Yancopoulos - two individuals who made the purchase of the North Avenue parcel possible.
The loan provided to the community for the purchase by Mr. Rapp was paid in full just prior to Christmas this year with a generous donation by Dr. Yancopoulos. Participants included Fr. Nick, John Rapp, Costa Papademetriou, former past president and Dino Yotides, current Parish Council President.

Sunday Highlights: The miracle of Christmas

Our Sunday School, once again, presented the Birth of Christ in magnificent fashion together with our Junior Choir. Every pew was filled with the joy of Christmas. The annual Christmas Pageant was directed by Francine Soropoulos Kyriakos and our Junior Choir was led by Georgeann Mavrovitis.

Children’s Christmas Liturgy and Brunch

The Children’s Christmas Liturgy and Brunch was held this morning and there was a surprise visit from Santa, who gave out presents to our little ones. Merry Christmas! 🎄

Thank you (again!)

Over 150 gifts were distributed at the Christmas Party for WestCAP here in New Rochelle last night. Thank you to all the families who brought the gifts for the St Nicholas Giving Tree!

Thank you!

An amazing outpouring of love and generosity was displayed by our parishioners to the Saint Nicholas Giving Tree appeal this year. Over 150 presents will be distributed by Fr. Nick to needy children in the greater New Rochelle area through the WestCOP community service program.
